Processing time or 'In-lab time' refers to the time it takes your order to make it through our lab. All of our items are hand-crafted and individually inspected before they ship out to you. Please make sure to note, the processing time of your order is SEPARATE from the SHIPPING TIME of your order. When factoring the overall turnaround time of your order, the time from when you submit the order to when it is delivered to your door step, you do want to factor the processing time PLUS the shipping time.

Any order received after 2PM EST (on a given business day, Monday through Friday) is considered to have arrived on the following business day. Orders submitted prior to 2PM EST, will begin production the same day. Furthermore, please advise, one business day is one full 24 hour period.
